Rosemary Baldwin, CNM

Rose has been a nurse midwife since 1999 and has worked as a nurse for over 20 years. Rose is a certified lactation consultant, has lived in Brazil and Guatemala, and speaks both Portuguese and Spanish. She has a strong interest in caring for women during their transition to motherhood.

Michael Curtis, MD

Dr. Curtis is a board certified Family Physician. He also teaches in the Department of Family & Community Medicine at Northwestern University’s School of Medicine. His interests include women’s healthcare, prenatal care, prevention, and medical education. Dr. Curtis has lived in Chile and speaks Spanish.

Laurie Carrier, MD

Dr. Carrier completed a residency in both Family Medicine and Psychiatry. She holds a faculty position with the Department of Family & Community Medicine at Northwestern University’s School of Medicine. Her interests include preventative health, global health and anxiety and mood disorders.

Terrence Donovan, PA-C

Terrence is a certified Physician Assistant. He has provided services in the Rogers Park area since 2003 and is interested in treating children, adolescents, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. He is particularly interested in the prevention and treatment of obesity in children and adolescents.
